Party 4u in FFR

ok so i play Party 4u then i lose go to the stats screen then i hit play this level again right?
then the level loads up but the arrows go super slow as well as the background and also the song doesn't play

yup. been like that for months.

just exit to the main screen and go back to it... takes a little longer, but its what has to be done.
