can't purchase anything O_O"

I can't purchase any songs, a popup keeps on coming up stating that my account has not been debited, its been this way for the past month, I really don't know where to go so I'm postin it here in hopes of getting help >_<

This is a bug in the game right now. You should read the other posts before saying your problem, because this has been posted many times before.
