Well i was giving credits to my girlfriend by purposely losing challenges but some how she over balanced me and now my credits are in the negative numbers. This normally wouldn't be a big deal... but all of my songs are gone so I can't earn them back, and i can't accept or issue any challenged because i have no credits. What can i do to get out of this mess?

Well you're in the negatives. Let's see your options..
1) Take challenges. Well I guess you can't do that right? Considering you have no credits and no songs.
2) Have someone give you credits. But you can't transfer credits because that system is non-working.
The only way I've heard that you can fix it is by creating a new account.. Unless a MOD could fix it for you.Comment

I'm pretty sure that Synth has the ability to edit the amount of credits. However, I don't believe that you'll be able to get a hold of Synth to increase your credits just so you have at least zero. Synth is a very busy man, and he's nearly impossible to get a hold of.
That aside, your only real option is to make a new account.
