Seperate Bug Reports from Suggestions into two diffrent subforums.

It sometimes is hard to see if something is a suggestion or a bug report from the title of the post (provided it doesn't specify).

imo actual forum posts in that subforum should be reserved for only bug reports and such, and then suggestions should only be made in the sticky at the very top literally titled "FFR Suggestions" but eh what do i know
