"Ready" Screen Suggestion

I would suggest not having the arrows start moving until the "Ready" text has completely vanished from the screen. As it stands, it blocks the first few arrows at the beginning of some songs.

It's ingrained in the old level .SWFs, so it would require remaking all of them.

I would suggest allowing no-background mod scores to save. That ready text really is terrible, and so are all other backgrounds too anyway.
