He's correct in the point that the description should reflect that a pass in addition to those requirements is needed. Someone should fix that.

To unlock it simply pass July with 4 goods and 4 misses (4-0-4-0 for you guys and your PA lingo).

It's all there in the description. Maybe you missed it?

Correct you are. You need all perfects (716), 4 goods, 0 averages, 4 misses and zero boos to get this.

Edit: Yeah, I never read the front page post about it. I just saw it in the skill token list. Either way I got it, wasn't that hard after I found out what to do.
