in 2009 i skillboosted from not AAAing anything to SDG on molto/omw over 2 months (5th official tourney)

seriously though you are right anaru, I have been playing fgo songs a lot more lately and I went from getting like 250 goods on rave 7(non fc) to about 100 goods(non fc) in like a week

Imho, the best way to get better is to play songs right at the difficulty you have trouble FC'ing to build up speed and to play songs at a difficulty you can consistently FC to work on PA. If you gave someone who has absolutely no rhythm gaming experience an FFR Engine with only RATO on it and told him to play that, I don't think there would be much improvement, considering most people just would just end up mashing the song and mashing isn't going to get you anywhere in terms of skill. It seems like Jae has trouble FC'ing some VC's, let alone FMO's. So I think it'd be best for him to play mostly VC's to improve his speed and comboing ability and to play some 9's to improve his PA.

I don't see how playing mostly FGO's is supposed to help someone that can barely FC VC's. What happened to taking things one step at a time? Someone that has trouble FC'ing VC's is most likely going to just mash FGO's and I don't see how mashing gets anyone anywhere in terms of skill. :/

Consider an analogy, you are going skiing for the first time. Now surely you wouldn't ski down the steepest and most dangerous skiing slope there is right? You wouldn't be experienced enough to tackle such a feat, you'd want to start with a rather not steep slope with little obstacles. Eventually you would work with more steeper and complicated slopes as you progress in your skiing ability. This analogy might be horrible, since I'm never skied in my life, so lmfao.

haha my bad with hajnal, I need a tl;dr since there's too much text. as for powerpuff gabberz the only hard part is actually FCing the song, if you can do that then pa is no prob.

I would say 300, Novo Mundo, Hajnal, J&C, Midnight Dragon, Minute Waltz v2, Summer Time Perfume, Runnymorning, DSoK, Colorful Course, EHHS, and Going on Spring Wind.

These, imo, should be an easy AAA if you are up to it.

Club has no business in this thread. AIM Anthem maybe belongs, but I would say the number of people that consider this an easy FMO are few and far between. This varies completely from person to person on which is easier. Club (due to it being a solid 120bpm) lacks framers and is arguably less stamina intensive)

Jeanie and Caroline I am torn on. Yeah, it is a low FMO, but the odds of someone AAAing every burst in the same run are pretty low. I still have trouble AAAing that one. Easy to get 2-4 goods, but very tough to AAA. While it does take a lot of consistency, I see this as a shitluck-run [Oni] get with VERY high odds on your side.

As far as jumpstream, EHHS is definitely not bad. However, this song seems to be pretty hit or miss with people. Either you can read it and get close to AAAing, or you flat out suck at it.
Perfect Cherry Storm? HA HA and HA. No. Sorry. It might just be me, but I find PCS easier then EHHS

Largiloquent Dithyramb... I can't say I would endorse this at all. That intro jack is brutal. I have to use overlay to AAA it. Those of us who suck at vibrating are good at it.

Midnight Dragon... yuck. Tons of awkward patterns. The 24ths in the middle aren't even close to the hardest part of this file. Again, I think this is a perfectly good choice. I do agree that the 24ths are NOT the hardest part (Awkward 16th stream with Rainbow quad and 32nd blips, 32nd part after the intro, etc

Ok, I think my rant is over. I guess I should at least give a few suggestions after I criticize all of the previous ones. Most of these don't unlock ONI, but technically you asked for easy FMOs. So...

The hell are you on!? @_@ Runnymorning is like one of THE LAST fmo aaa's that people tend to get. Sure MOST of the file is easy, but the parts that aren't easy are hard as fawk.
