Applications for improving at ffr

So I read this the other day and I found it to be rather interesting and applicable to many different things. How do you guys think you could apply these to improvement in ffr?

This is why we need things such as sectional divisions of songs accessible publicly. This method of practising songs now where we have to play the whole ****in thing.... it's rather absurd

I found a related article on the same site that was even more insightful for me: the theory of being more remarkable at the things you do via deliberate practice.

I can see that people like Dossar seriously applies this already on his FFR skills.

yeah, I really wish I had access to something like that during the official haha.
It's hard for me to think of good ways to apply this specific article when you can't really drill a part of a song on ffr
