To help you in filling in any and all the blanks:

I play Semi Pentanko Spread on up-scroll
Delta note-skin
2.0 speed mod
Key setup: SD OP

In case you're unfamiliar with what Semi Pentanko is: Standard spread is played with Index and Middle finger. Semi Pent is Middle and Ring finger.

I've also dabbled in the following play styles:

One handed (Right hand.)
Split (Three keys to one hand.)
Solo (6 Key.)
Index (Semi Pentanko as well.)

That should fill it all out I suppose.
