"Running Men:
This difficult to master pattern is a variation on stream, where there's 1 recurring arrow (also known as anchor) that you need to keep hitting every other note. The other notes are alternating between 2 or 3 notes, if it's only alternating with 1 other note, it's considered a trill. The best way to explain this pattern is through the gif above."

Toymaker is correct in that the repeating left arrow in the gif is an "anchor" but yea the patter is called runningmen. The more common form of anchors is the anchor jacks, shown in the picture below, taken from Aim Anthem:


In this case, the right arrow ([4]) is the anchor because both the [34] and [14] jumps are connected by that. It also works in patterns such as:

[13] 3 [23] 2 [24] 4 [34] 3 [34] 4 [14] 1 [12] and et cetera.
