How about know the challenge but you MUST pay credits to be able to complete it, and the % of credits you get back varies based on the difficulty of the challenge.

Yes, you would always have to pay the credits to complete the challenge. Just because you know what the challenge is doesn't mean you'd be able to do it! :P

Exactly why I said that, but also make sure the easier challenges don't give too much :3 or else FFR whores like me will end up with millions in no time xD

If there are too many, you need some things available to purchase that wouldn't offer a chance to win more back. Not sure what, but purchasing extras for your profile, or something in game (like the song shop) would be ideal. Perhaps something like being able to buy space for extra replays, photos on your profile, maybe sig space? I dunno, I'm sure other people could think of interesting ideas for more purchasables.

But this threads idea wouldn't be a way of removing credits, really. Unless the challenges were really really tough, and quite expensive.

This was one of my main ideas while thinking up the blackwebb contest (aside from getting pretty skins), at first it was "OMGHYPE" but it died down pretty quick and was eventually forgotten. I knew people were hoarding credits so I wanted high priced skins to bring those numbers down a little bit.

I agree with this idea, but I also agree that unless the challenges are hard to complete, it will dish out a lot more credits than it will take in. Which if you are making them really hard, or pricing it higher, less people are even going to consider it. I'm not going to pay in 25k Credits for a challenge I'll have a 20% chance of completing, I use those credits for things still.

I do also agree we should still come up with more purchasing ideas for credits. That, or release more purchased songs. And when I say release more purchased songs I don't mean make more of the weekly releases purchased....I mean release extra songs, as purchase files.

My signature was honestly not that big. The fact they deleted the quote from it is laughable.

Same Scenario's siggy image is only a little bit smaller than the total of what I had so why not change his to while we're at it?

Also if the challenges are difficulty is there really a reason not to say what they are? I mean that's what I've gathered is going to happen. Correct me if i'm wrong please.
