Play the difficulty you are trying to achieve a solid score on way more often than you already do.
Tip 2:
Play the skill level you are most comfortable with as a warm-up. If you don't you'll be sorry. Your hands will feel way tired sooner than they would if they did, and not only that, but they will quite likely hurt.
Tip 3:
Switch to spread now if you haven't. If you truly want to get better quickly, there is no better way. There are several challenges associated with one-hand. The ease of access, the skill curve, and the speed/accuracy bonuses of Spread are so significant that most the Pros play with it.
Tip 4:
If you find your skill in a standstill, where you aren't getting better at your difficulty at all, it's time to go to the next difficulty.
There's a thread for this shit too, but I am too lazy to find it. I'm pretty sure someone will post a link for it though.
edit:
Also, Rome wasn't built in a day. You may feel discouraged at first, but the only way forward is with practice. It may take months before you are able to even play FGO (12s), but the most important thing-- before I say the obligatory P word, I will say have fun-- practice.
