No, unfortunately it is not yet an ingame song. However, the previous FFR menu music, "Emotions" by Trance [] Control is.

"Emotions" has two difficulties playable ingame: A difficulty 6 and difficulty 7 (a skill token unlocked by getting 400+ perfects, 20+ goods, and 20+ averages on Emotions)
