Round 2 will start sometime this Saturday or Sunday!

EDIT: Actually, we thought of a better idea! We are going to handle ALL of the requirements for consistency purposes. Once we are finish with the list, we will post it on the 3rd post for you guys to look at. We believe doing it this way will be a lot faster and accurate. I hope you guys will read this and agree with what we have to say. Give us about a month MAX (most likely 2 weeks though) to finish the requirements list and to have it posted on the 3rd page in time!

With a new list it would definitely be nice to have a legitimate "Tier" system for the Tier points. Before they were basically another rank, why don't we give it a new spin and do a legitimate Tier setup for it? I guarantee there are people in the community willing to pitch in with their two cents on it, as well as others willing to make what PrawnSkunk mentioned.
