FFR: 2.155x, PA window, Combo/Accuracy masking, Mirror, Dark, Metal (or stepmania) noteskin

SM on 1.0x rate: C925, Distant, Mirror, Dark, custom
SM on 1.1x rate: C825, Distant, Mirror, Dark, custom

Keymap for both FFR/SM: QW56

2x speed/scroll up. That's about it.
Spread, AS KL keys. I use the SM themed arrows on the Velocity engine.

Pretty standard. I think.
