Re: New Songs: August 8th, 2011 - New Skill Tokens!
300!? Yeah that's intense then, high 12-13. That's pretty much the speed of Eclipse Solars stream, so luckily the 16th patterns are straightforward. However, the 24ths and 32nds at that speed seem really, really icky. I dunno, sounds like it could swing either way. It is however more of a 12 than DP and RATO, without a doubt.
It's getting better all the time
I used to get mad at my school (No, I can't complain)
The teachers who taught me weren't cool (No, I can't complain)
You're holding me down (Oh Oh)
Turning me round (Oh Oh)
Filling me up with your rules (Oooh)

Correct, 300 on the dot.
Meaning all 8th notes are 3 frames apart, and all 24ths are 1 frame apart. At least it's not a framefucc mess. 8D
I remember reading somewhere some maths about the size of frames at specific BPMs (I think it was MrRubix thread?)
Does anyone have that formula to calculate what range of frames a specific interval at a specific BPM would be? Or like a chart or something? I remember reading something like that on the FFR forums >_< super specific I know

I can't even FC Little God Channel without mashing because my hands can't keep up one-handed trills. I had to index a lot of songs with one handed trills to AAA, and for this one I can't because it immediately goes into bursts.
It's still a trill though... and even if it's one handed, it's lenient because you can essentially BS your way through the trill if you attack the arrows as if they are 16ths. If your weakness is one handed trills, then I can see why you'd be frustrated with this chart.

I'd like to know this too. Seems really interesting.
Re: New Songs: August 8th, 2011 - New Skill Tokens!
FFR = framerate of 30 FPS = 1800 frames per minute DAMN TYPOS SDFSFFSFSFS
If you want to know the frame placement of quarter notes at a certain BPM, divide by the frame placement you're looking for.
For example: 6 frames apart. 1800/6 = 300. That means at 300 BPM, all quarter notes are 6 frames apart. 1800/7 = 257.143, meaning at that BPM all quarter notes are 7 frames apart.
For 8th notes, use 900 instead of 1800.
For 16th notes, use 450.
You get the gist

Meant that, typed it out wrong. Did the math forwards and backwards so I didn't mess it up, since I did it in my head. Just typed the wrong thing. Derp.
