I'd have to say Mad Matt.

He has the experience of making and playing stream filled simfiles, so he has a lot of skill as it is. I also have a friend from UK named Brittany who said she faced Calimist and beat him in one of the songs. She's very good I have to admit, but her accuracy isn't nearly equal to that of Mad Matt. If Brittany can beat Calimist, then Calimist might not be at Mad Matt's level yet.

They are both good players though. 'nuff said.
