Leave the requirements as they are. Why do current vets want to stack on top of the already established reqs?

Blue name, subscriber forum, beta level reader, top 100 players based on avrank, view others' levelranks, ability to report inappropriate profiles, 100 replays kept before deletion, token levelranks, credit transfer log, subscriber news on the front page, bragging rights

TBH the # of Vets should be LIMITED. So.. 1000 tops? With harder reqs? I mean, veterans are veterans for a reason..? :P

Subscription was open to anybody with a few dollars. Veteranship should be open to anybody who has demonstrated even moderate dedication to the site. This is not supposed to be an elite group, it has nothing to do with skill at the game, it has nothing to do with anything besides giving you a few perks for sticking with us.

If you have any interest in the game, you would have at least 3 billion points after 3 years anyway. Otherwise the subby features don't really matter to you, because they are all related to the game and not the forum.

I was going to say this myself. Three Billion is not hard to get honestly, if you actively play the game, which is what the Veteran status affects. If you don't play much, you won't care much about the Veteran features.

Bummer. I would've liked for veteran status to be something I could set as a goal for myself.

Now it's basically 2 years and 11 months of waiting, which isn't really an achievement in itself. Those 3 billion I will have by next month.

I would think it would be a good idea to set the requirements to 3 years and 3 billion points OR 15 billion points. At least make it something I can work towards.

The GT is fine, due to it there aren't even 2000 vets by that req, and min you a lot of people were lost from the site going down, so that majority of vets will never even know/ care that they're vets, also, none of your years will be changed as one of the points of verteranism is to persuade people against making alts.

Stop asking for your years changed people, and if you've been around as long as you say, then yu must have a vet account, so use it instead :>
