Help with connecting to Multiplayer via Windows 7.

Even with the updated link to the new multiplayer, it always gives me the stupid "Can't Connect!" crap. If someone would be so kind to give me a step-by-step of getting this to work, that would be really awesome.

Sorry if this seems like a replica of a lot of other threads. :/

There seems to still be quite a few people that can't connect. Or in my case I can connect but I can't play :/
