I find it easier to combat trills by only looking at the down-beat and the sub-divisions. If you have 24th trills, I look at the arrow that starts it and every 12th note. Doing this in SM also improves my MA.

I find that focusing on the up arrow helps with PA in tricky situations in general. At least that's how I managed to AAA {Rose}...

Vertex beta nearly killed me, my hands still too laggy from so many months of no ffr =(

bb revenge is a good file on ffr to practice one handed trills, or at least i always found it to be a good warmup

I don't know if they make the first one, but they DEFINITELY make the second one.

You can design your own trills in stepmania/ Open ITG custom charts, and pick a song to write one with the tempo you want.

Also you could try crowdpleaser LOL

Crowdpleaser is too crowded for me. The first half has no trills and is too easy and then its like a green pillar of death.

I really like Blooddrunk, the trills part is quite a challenge for me. Gonna take a while to be able to combo through that.

Unfortunately, I don't have StepMania anymore and don't really plan on getting it again so I won't be able to try out Dokudenpa.

Seriously, you should get SM back. Besides being a good "database" for several files, like the ones you use to practice thrills, it's a good practice for precision, because of the Marvelous/Ridiculous timing.
