Is There More to the Scoring System?

I always figured your base score times your combo bonus resulted in your final score. So is it possible to have a lower base score, the same combo, but I higher total score? Here's the instance below - are there other factors or is this a glitch?
51,075>51,015 , but the final score for the lower is 250 points higher

985*1550 = 1526750
75*1275 = 95625
10*-20=-200

=1622175 (The boos look like zero on your screenshot )

991*1550=1536050
65*1275=82875
4*1055=4220

But I beat my old raw score and did not get a higher overall score, with the same combo

Simply, total score is NOT just a function of raw score and combo.

Raw score uses +50 for a perfect, +25 for a good, +5 for an average, -10 for a miss, and -5 for a boo.
Total score uses +550 for a perfect, +275 for a good, +55 for an average, -310 for a miss, and -20 for a boo. Then it adds 1000 * max combo.

Simply, total score is NOT just a function of raw score and combo.

Raw score uses +50 for a perfect, +25 for a good, +5 for an average, -10 for a miss, and -5 for a boo.
Total score uses +550 for a perfect, +275 for a good, +55 for an average, -310 for a miss, and -20 for a boo. Then it adds 1000 * max combo.

This. Also, if you just want to make things easier, you can add 1000 to the judging amounts IF IT'S A FULL COMBO.

Example: 1000+550=1550 for one perfect.
