    Can you still make new stepfiles?

    Hello everyone.
    I would like to ask if I can still make a new stepfile.
    I would love to play RickRoll in FFR.
    So how can I, if possible, make a new stepfile?
    And if not, can anyone else make it?

      No, because of permission issue, but there is a remix of it called 'ReRicked' in Dance genre
