yeah this ^

on some forums i've registered on, i had to wait for the confirmation of an admin.

There aren't TOO many users registering everyday right? Since we're still hanging at 1,77X,XXX members for quite a while.

This way we can clear up the bot problems and alts.

The flaws in this would probably be time consumption and the fact that FFR doesn't feel like a free site with registration restrictions.

I actually really like this idea as a general way to keep certain accounts out of the main high score tables. Cheaters, alts, and temporary accounts (gamewhore stuff, accounts for multiplayer, accounts to see how quickly you can do stuff, demonstration accounts like IHaveNoAAAs) would all be ghosted instead of blacklisted, and then they'd have a working levelrank with a rank for each song based on their score, with the only difference being that none of the scores would actually go into the high score table.

Adding to qqwref/OWA - an admin should also confirm your alternate account first so that effect could take place.
