1.75 right now. I jumped from 1 to 1.75 because it just seemed better to me. Had an amazing skill jump. I need to move up soon though because I too am hitting a "skill cap".

I play 1.75. Basically, just play the one that you're most comfortable with. If it starts to seem slow, then try the one above it.
