I didn't read one word in that sentence that was complete blasphemy. If you're playing on Windows 98, I think something's wrong with you.

And mina, try doing some of the stuff in these websites... There's more than one way to improve a vista computer's performance. Although I do whole-heartedly agree with everything you've said about vista - it's most definitely a crappy OS.

It hardly matters with vista and ram. Vista you need a minimum of about 2gbs of ram just to get things flowing fine. And flash games lag because of the integrated video card using up the rest of your rams drive. If you got an after market video card you should be fine because it wont run off of your ram. Just my observations on this problem with Vista users.

Windows classic and 16 bit color got me 25-29 fps on good runs and it'd dip as low as 20. Now I love vista when it comes to everything except ffr.

So I now dual boot with xp because ubuntu sucked and ran ffr worse than vista 8)
