    What's a disabled genre?

I would go on some profiles and look at some users' simfiles and would see no genre for some of the files they did. Then, I would out of curiosity click on the song to see who's played it and it says the genre is disabled.

I'm just wondering what a disabled genre is. Haha yes I know it's not a real genre, but I just need some clearance about the simfile or genre being disabled.

P.S. If this has already been answered, please give me the link to the thread with the answer and close this thread. Thank you .

Most likely, it means that the file is a Widget file. I have a bunch in my profile that are just widgets. It means they aren't playable or seeable in-game, but they need to be 'in-game' so the widget can use them.

Either from a widget, or taken out of the game. Chrono Trigger and FF7 are in there as well. p4u v1 was taken out of the game entirely though, not in the disabled genre, I dunno if any other files were taken out of the game.
        Also I just thought while typing that, why isn't p4u v2 renamed to p4u and p4u v3 renamed to p4u v2.

Because then people would think P4U v1 is back to FFR and v3 is removed. That, and the staff is lazy / busy.

I assume this is why song number goes up to 1266 even though there's only ~820 songs?
