If you wish to save a replay, I recommend you do it ASAP. If you forget, you may accidently override the replay.

Not directly, as far as I know, unless someone knows how to directly rip it. I don't think it's possible since it isn't actually a video; the game is just replicating the inputs you made. That's why with the harder songs, the replays are rarely correct because they still suffer from the av-miss glitch, which will cause you to 'miss' arrows and skew your replay, possibly even making the replay end early because of the misses.

Though there is one way. You could use something like Hypercam to record that block of the screen, but you can't record the audio without paying for the full version.

You can also "save" replays by deleting ones you don't want before they get wiped.

You can have 10 replays + 5 saved ones (so for example, if you have 2 saved replays, you can have 12 total). Once you go over your maximum amount, the unsaved ones will delete. So you can sort of manage which ones you want to keep around by deleting them early on.
