Check the "Close Profile" box.

You may also want to disable PMs if you want everyone to get the idea that you're closed down.

Uncheck the "Enable Private Messaging" box if you want to do that.

There's no way to shut it down permanently / delete it.

Though if you never want access again then go and change your password, type in random letters quickly, copy and paste in the "confirm password" field and then submit it.

After that leave the site, delete the bookmark, clear your cookies and everything and then move on.

Alternatively - learn self-control not to come back.
