Player with the lowest average rank atm is AOD_Element.

I can't really can't tell who's the best player in FFR though; samtorx is definitely one of the best, MrRubix once had an average rank of 1.0000, he also has all the tier points in FFR, but he's currently inactive though due to carpal tunnel syndrome.

-Laggy- and Sprite- are damn good as well, Sprite- is one tier point away from T0, I can list out more elites; but you asked for rank 1 players so

All the players I listed out are T0 players except Sprite- and samtorx, samtorx has a pretty high avg rank because he doesn't play all the songs, he's still considered one of the best though because of his PA on FGOs.

in terms of skill, you can't go wrong with samtorx, dossarlx odi, or mrrubix. shashakiro, aod_element, smartdude1212, eagames, hammymcsquirrel, sprite-, etc are all excellent as well. plus tons of other players who are insanely good.

in terms of playing the most: retile3141 has the most points, with over 35 billion. top1000 list: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/FFRTop1000.php It takes over 3.7 billion just to crack the top1000. I remember when I had 1.4 billion and was 14th on the site. /nostalgia.
