FFR is currently having a promotion at Burger King.

You need to order a kids' meal and there will be a toy inside with a redeemable code, click on "tokens" under "games to play" on the main page of FFR, click on "Skill Tokens", and scroll down until you see "Otaku Speedvibe [Heavy]" and then you'll find the instructions on how to unlock it.

No, but seriously, this is really self-explanatory... it's a token, so you have to look at the Skill Tokens section to see how to obtain it.

dore, that's actually not correct.... jx's thread incorrectly labels some levels as giving you Heavy, while I think there are a few that aren't labeled that do.

Looks like you have it right as is, jx.

For awhile Neon-213 and Wisdom were highlighted, but I see they've been taken off.

Also, has AAA always unlocked [Heavy]? I don't remember it being one of the originals...

I believe AAA was released after the original debut of Otaku Speedvibe [Heavy], so it was not included.
