There's a thread for this (unless you do something awesome), but ya, nice one being here for a year. I've been here over 3 years. It's definitely a great site.

If it must be known, I'm beginning to question this site not because of the huge flow of noobs, it's because there has been a real lack of leadership on this site. A lot of the mods have sorta left, even though no one is breaking too many rules, but it seems like without leaders to keep everything together (random flaming is getting ridiculous), this site is falling apart. It seems that random people (cough cough rzr and soulstone) are taking way to much of a leadership role, when they should leave the job to the mods and admins.
