Switch to 2 hands right now, you will never get really good with 1 hand.

Playing with 2 hands makes the game so much easier.

I dont play with the arrows but I do play one handed...

Play 2 hands for a few games since it gets a little while to get use to. If you feel that playing with 1 hand is still easier then stay with the 1 hand.
