I understand you're fairly new to the forums, but read the stickies and lurk through some pages to see if your topic has been posted about already.
But yes, the opening song is called Emotions by Trance [] Control.
It can be played in R1 in the Dance genre.

I like the idea of having the song info. somewhere visible on the R1 Game, but foilman8805's idea is excellent.
