      That was pretty unnecessary.

If you press Ctrl+Alt Delete and look at the bottom right hand corner you can see your commit charge. The faction on the left should be MUCH smaller than the one on the right. I mean if you even have 300 you should clear it. You can do it by deleting a folder in your WINDOWS but it's much easier just to make the batch file.

This is probably the most helpful post in a LONG time I've seen on eliminating lag.

It's a shame most people don't know about it. It's like the most vital thing you can do to your processor to make sure it preforms at it's best. Just run the batch and it does it all for you...I don't think I even remember how to do it from your WINDOWS folder.

The commit charge is the cache on your processor, the cache never really deletes itself and over time just builds up as it sees patterns ect. When you delete the cache, you'll get the slightest bit of lag but it clears up after 30 seconds are you're running MUCH faster than you were before.

Do you know how to make the batch file? Seriously, my computer runs WoW at 2FPS before I do it and 8FPS afterwards.

I just tried the batch file, and I got attacked by CMD folders, seriously, opening non stop along with pop ups.

I had to restart, it wouldn't terminate.

It does scare me because I have had bad past experiences with batch files, someone sent me a huge batch virus that ****ed my computer over.

What is the correct coding though?

This is really funny. Long after I solved my problem, you guys are still talking about this. (it's a good thing, but just didn't expect it to happen)

Lol i thought after I said that it was better, that the thread was gonna die down, but instead, it's gotten more popular than ever.

Wow, this proves that a thread is never dead until it's dead.

I'm totally bsing you. The only parts that terminate in that code are

                                Code:
                                @ECHO OFF
                                :x
                                start
                                goto x

It pretty much just crashes your computer. Funny thing is Footbull said that he didn't didn't restart his computer and this actually helped him...and then afterwards I get people telling me this is a great way to help you fix your computer...I hope they were just helping me.

EDIT: btw, if you want to really **** somebody over just save this to a batch

                                Code:
                                delltree c
