    What pad is the best?

Well as is prone to happen after a year of intense dancing, my once awesome Red Octane 3.0 Ignition pad has died. So here I am, padless and with no idea clear idea of a replacement.

    Help me!

What is you favorite pad and does is work with the PC and PS2 both? Is it metal or does it has a foam insert? And most importantly: Where can I get one?

Cobalt Fluxes will run you 350 including shipping. It doesn't have the arcade feel (which is fine if you've gotten used to and Ignition) but it is very high-quality and registers everything well.

Bluesharks have a more authentic arcade feel. I think they're slightly more expensive than a CF (dunno for sure) but plenty of people swear by their Bluesharks. Either seems like a good choice to me.
