I am having a lot of trouble trying to FC Party 4u - HolyNightRemix V2.

I can't even see the arrows because the annoying background video is the same color as the arrows.

Any suggestions?

Has anyone tried this song on FFR Low Res? Does that make it easier?

Yeah I barely managed to get a good rank. My advice is play the parts where you can see, mash when you can't see.

Nah, there's one burst that's clearly 32nds. It just has the stupid all-blue noteskin from an old FFR build which makes it look like all 8ths.

It's really not a very, very difficult song. Play it OVER and OVER again and get used to the steps. Focus, because at times it's hard to see the arrows but you can see them. I don't abuse or play the slow-down glitch, but you might want to if you need to see the arrows better, to get used to them. You'll partly memorize them after playing the file a lot and then it'll be just another blue-skinned VC file. The jacks are sooo much easier with the avmiss fix, no need for mashing anymore.

The ONLY place I have trouble with (only because I'm slow =P) is this (this is the end part of it, couldn't get to the Prt Scr button very quickly =P):

edit - the 32nd burst I think you're talking about =P

Personally, I have much better PA on this full speed. The slowdown is isn't actually constant bpm (I think) so I can FC more easily, but with like 30 more goods.

Yeah, same here. I don't even bother with PA; I just get quick glances of the arrows before they disappear from my view and I use them with the rhythm. I did that once and got 13-0-1-0.

I can't even play it with slowdown because I have epilepsy. :'(

I only played it a lot a long time ago because there was a way to remove the video from the background. They fixed the stupid glitch though, now I am unable to play it. Ugh.

Oh, God, I HATE that file. It's almost impossible for me to FC, too, because of the blue notes on blue video and the rather distracting and disturbing BG video.

For some reason, I found this hilarious.

How do you do the slow down glitch?

It seems to happen after you repeat the song a couple of times for me. I've never had it happen to me on any other song but this, though.
