DP's harder to FC because of the ending, RATO is overall more difficult, vRofl has them both beat

Behan should've cut the song, since the song repeats itself numerous times. If anyone else made a simfile like that, it'd be rejected for length. The song itself is awesome. Length is the only reason why I still have a BF on that simfile.

Patashu, I love you, but saying "Stepmania is made to do this" makes you look like an elitist. No offense. It does though.

Stepmania is a game. Games are made to be fun (and often times challenging too). Trying to put a black and white definition on how people are supposed to design fun doesn't work because everyone does it differently. Files exist in this world that have virtually no PR that are still a lot of fun to me. Files exist in this world that have practically perfect PR that aren't much fun at all to me. And for each person, the definition of "fun to me" changes.

So, yeah, saying Stepmania is "made to emulate the song as a whole" isn't really a global definition, it's just the policy you personally use to step your files.

Stepmania is a dance simulation game. However else you would like to think of it is up to your own interpretation.

For files like these having awkward patterns (aka too much PR) is ok, since piano players don't think chopin's music is bad because of its requirement of awkward finger/hand movement.

sona: It's awkward to play it on the piano so that justifies the awkward patterns, duh.

That just makes it hard to appreciate, jx.

Is it me or is mw v2 insanely off sync?

That's what absolute PR is meant to be, it perfectly makes sense

ps it could be a bit off on FFR due to gap/conversion issue, but from what I've heard sync is ok.

How true this is. Some people can't draw worth a ****. Some people can't write worth a ****. Some people can't step worth a ****. But they all think they can!

                          Man, how true this is.

That's weird, after the dwi is converted to a flash file FFR engine doesn't calculate BPM changes at all. It just reads the location of arrows by the frame number.
