actually in retrospect nanairo v2 isn't horrible, it's just bad

little god channel is horrible

you know ultimately this is all tass's fault for letting such crappy files in the game time after time

1. Spelled "control" wrong.
2. "Bandwagon" seems fine to me. Didn't need any fixing.

Third, the on-topic part:

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but... I believe a lot of these hard files were only accepted because more hard files were needed for the tournament. I mean, like, Strawberry Sweetz wasn't originally accepted, but they put it in anyway because they needed another FGO for the tournament. (At least, this is what I have assumed.)

Is my Sharpnel FGO worse than Little God Channel? Was just kinda wondering..

spitfire's LGC isn't very good either so i might step it for sm lol.
almost there is pretty funny haha. all the non-megastream sections feel a bit weird with the music (odd layering choices i guess) and it's not exactly a quality file but at least its hard ^.^

also got over 500 goods sightread because my lag is hilarious ;D

Make a v2 for FFR, please.

The Casket of Star - This file was kinda fun. But thats just it. Nothing really special.

Piano X Forte - This was a fun file too. enjoyed it a lot. I hate piano songs, but on FFR/SM, I love piano songs when stepped right.... hmmmmm

Radio Heads - Thx you bahenjc for that dumbass left arrowed wall. Left hand wall = I can't play this file. My right hand is stronger than my left. Didn't think this file was that fun either.

Little God Channel - One of Sharpnel's worst songs. GG on accomplishing that. But actually enjoyed the file to be honest. One of the few FGO that I think I can FC. But damn, the song? I still find myself playing this alot in the future though. Its fun to play

Almost There - I suxed at it. Can't really judge this well since I mashed the beginning jack part and OMFG FAILED on the orange trill stream. Orange trill stream seemed out of place. Very out of place and pretty unnecessary and only accomplishing one thing: making the song an FGO. Just because of that, I dont really liek the file that much. I Did manage to pull off a 1000+ combo though.

Firstly, i replaced it with Cruise Control because the message was in all caps, and Caps lock is cruise control for AWESOME

Senondly, no, your Sharpnel FGO is pretty good.

Almost there would be a great file except for the 32nd dumbness. Which isn't acutally all that bad... Really, it's a decent file, just a tad too hard for FFR.

LGC is the worst **** ever holy **** **** **** god

Radio Heads is pretty boring for an SSH song, behan did the best job you possibly could for that song, but it really shouldn't have been stepped. The left slowjacks are also rather annyoing. btw this is way easier than Piano X Forte, I totally forsee a tiebreaker on this

Piano X Forte has a few bits of weirdness but overall it's an amazing file. A+ will play again

Casket of Star is also a very fun file. There's a few awkward patterns I remember I would have changed, but it's not bad.




p.s. I agree that LGC is one the the few Sharpnel songs I really like. Way to ruin it.

Well, he's the one saying, (and I quote) "I'M THE ONLY REASON FFR HAS GOTTEN TO WHERE IT IS NOW" so I guess he likes to be the center of attention. Unfortunately, when that attention is bad, you can't just brush it off. It's not bandwagoning, it's the truth :/

a few of the high FMOs / FGOs were only accepted because we needed more files of that difficulty for the tournament. jx took the submitted files from the FMO/FGO event and fixed them up where he could, and that's what i added.

IF YOU NEEDED HARD FILES FUGGING ASK PEOPLE TO STEP THEM HOLY SH*T WHAT KIND OF ADMIN ARE YOU

if you need things done find a way to get them done right instead of settling for crap

I found it painful to play through the file even once (I actually quit out), so imagine the poor people in the masters division who have to whore this thing for a good score. IT'S ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT THAT MASTER DIVISION FILES ARE QUALITY SINCE THESE PEOPLE DESERVE IT FOR GETTING TO THE SKILL LEVEL THEY'RE AT AND BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT A GOOD FILE IS AND WILL NOT SETTLE FOR CRAP

I want to say "get that through your head" but it's not about the idea of it. it's that you have no idea what a good file is and yet you still have ultimate power.

tass you did a good job when judging first started but at this point YOU'RE WAY OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE

here we go was mostly a load of crap

yeah putting 4th arrows down an entire column is technical but it f*cking sucks to play it. the "slow" part was also boring as hell when there are so many cool rhythms underneath that you could include. and the mini 32nd rolls followed by a quad are just dumb because they feel like mashing rather than playing a certain pattern what the hell am I saying the entire file feels like you're mashing no matter how you step it

and even in the end after I made a compromise with jimerax's stuff you guys still put jimerax's file in the game instead. holy necros
