What factors effect Overall Score?

I was just wondering because I couldn't find it anywhere else on the site...What are all the things that determine what your overall score is?

You should still be able to find out if you look well enough.

Combo adds 1000 points multiplied by the max combo.
Boos subtract 20 points.

That's all I know.

For score (pre-total), it's 50 for perfect, 25 for good, 5 for average, -10 for miss, and -5 for boo.

Overall score as in , or overall score on a song:

HOW FFR SCORES YOUR SONG:

550 for each perfect
275 for each good
55 for each average
-310 for each miss
-20 for each boo
1000 for each step in your max combo

Overall rank is simply determined by your overall/total score.

Overall rank is based on your total score that you've accumulated over time.

overall rank is based upon your overall score (aka: Grand Total Score). it is purely a measure of how much you play... not an indication of skill. So you play a song and get points, Grand Total Score is the sum of all of those gameplay scores.

Then overall rank takes everyone's GTS and ranks them. if you're 58,563 than you have the 58,563rd highest GTS.

There is a bit of skill involved... seeing as how if you have a lot of skill you'll be able to earn points faster... but even if you suck and played 5 hours a day... you'd be really high up in overall rank in about 6 months.

Average rank is a direct value of your skill... although only subscribers can view their ranked Average rank. Everyone else just gets a number. And your Average Rank number is the sum of your rank on each individual song (As per levelrank.php) divided by the total number of songs.
