My gay keyboard.

My laptop used to not do this but, every time I play a song, and I use hotkeys, when I hit the right key to match the arrow, it wont register, I've tried the built in key mapping, latent hotkeys, and the one in that sticky thread, and all of the do the same thing, its mostly in stream and jacks, and even the smallest jacks will do it, like get ready to rokk's jacks, where I've FC'd runny morning, and SDG'd hellbeat. Does anyone have any ideas to what I can do to fix this, other than buying a whole new laptop?

Few things to test...

Is the process priority of your browser set to normal?

Do you experience the same problem using an external keyboard?

If you rebind your arrow keys to say, wasd, do you have the same problem?

If the problem goes away when using an external keyboard, I would imagine it's a problem with your laptop keyboard itself. You can either buy another laptop keyboard or continue to use the external one.
