What exactly is this "Mirror" technique?

I hear lots of people talking about it and how much it has improved their game. So what exactly is this?

It's when you rotate your screen 90, 180, or 270 degrees, and it mirrors the arrows. As in left becomes right, right becomes left, etc. It helps because for example if you're bad at like right handed trills and stuff, it flips it to left.

- Put the opposite scroll to what you are used to.
- Rotate your screen 180°. This can be done in screen properties or manually.
- Keymap your keys so that they fit with what you will see. (Invert left-right and up-down)
- AAA.
