My opinion is that they are awesome, but I am a bit biased maybe.

So anyways i was thinking, what if a single miss didn't stop your combo? Instead, your combo kept going until 2 consecutive misses were made. I think this would provide a more realistic ranking system, and eliminate a lot of mashing.
I used to play with one hand and was fairly good at it. November of '07 I switched to two hands and became better I guess. I tell this to all one handers, you can become really really good if you practice. Especially know that av-miss are basically fixed, things are going to get a lot easier.
Removed a .gif image so your total signature size isn't well over 1MB. Keep this in mind for the future.

EA will wander into his house with twenty minutes remaining in the round, load up FFR, realize he needs to ****, go to do so, discover he's hungry, whip up a gourmet meal, return to FFR with five minutes to go, play la camp once, and missflag on the 2154th arrow because scythe of 13 is watching him
To get really good at this game you almost have to play with two hands. People such as EAGAMES and DarkManticoreX2 have gotten pretty good with one hand, but they're even better with two hands. It just takes a little while to adapt.
First of all, playing with 2 hands on the arrows is considered spread.
Second of all, tell that to the admins, who created the game and added an ingame keymapper themselves.

I started playing using one hand. It got to the point where I stopped getting better and didn't know why. I asked a friend and he said to try using two hands. So I did and I got alot better. It takes some getting used to, but I think it's worth it in the long run.
