Well AAA Pants does => AAA Excite Bike, but AAA Excite Bike =/=> AAA Pants. Remember = means it goes both ways.

The alternative, which is something that could be done, would be to scale the number of points gained for FCs and AAAs by the difficulty of the song which is:

a) incredibly time consuming for either participants (who probably wouldn't) or the organizer (who probably shouldn't have to)

b) Basically Tier Points, except going down all the difficulties

In the case of A) I doubt the system would see widespread adoption, and in the case of B) we'd be better served to actually just make an entire tier point system that scaled from 1s to 12s and implement it like the current system does.

Yup we had a talk about that last night, but if everyone likes the idea, i will scale down the aaa points to 2, making fc's worth more, that would technically make aaas worth 3 since you would get 1 from the fc and 2 from the aaa.

450+1032+182 = 1664

makes sense.

With avmiss fix coming, getting maximum FC's will no longer really be a good standard anymore considering anyone will probably be able to at least mash their way. =|

Like...
Easiest - Easy AAA = 3, FC = 1, ST = 2.
Standard - VD AAA = 6, FC = 2, ST = 4.
And so on for every 4 or so difficultys.
Something like that?

i could come up with an accurate as hell system...but doing so makes it much more time consuming and i think few ppl would hassel with it.

429 FCS - 168(3) AAAs - 75(2) skill tokens = 1083

But in my opinion 3 FC's does NOT equal 1 AAA. AAA's are CONSIDERABLY harder.
