I completely agree. I love how the arrows flow from one hand to the other in long staircases.

I would have voted for jacks if it were not for average-misses.

Edit: Oops, I forgot to vote for staircases.

By far my favorite would have to be the staircase. My staircase speed is so much faster then my stream speed it's just great.

Jumpstreams are my favorite in the list.

If jumptrills were there, I'd vote them. I LOVE THEM and I overuse them in my files.

3-finger my favourites are chains, staircases, streams, runningmen, and trills.
Favourites spread are staircases, rolls, trills.

My favorites are jumpstreams and jacks. Trills and running men piss me off too much, as do chains. Streams and jumps are okay.

Staircases, jumps, streams, and jumpstreams. They're just fun to do. (And I appreciate Seven a lot more now that I don't suck).

I don't like triplets, trills, jacks, or the runningmen in Classical Insanity (others are easy). Rolls and gallops are okay.

Should runningmen and chains be grouped together? And I don't think crossovers and runningmen should be, because the former is index-unfriendly and the latter is the opposite. (Right?)
...

And people say that jumpstream is evil. Just look at how many people like them, haha.

EDIT: Oh, and fast chains are way annoying. Like in BB Evolution. Augh.

Jumpstream is really fun. It just is alot harder then many other patterns because it can get quite complex. Especially at a higher bpm, however most jumpstream on FFR isn't too difficult. However, jumpstream on stepmania can get pretty beastly and not too much fun.

That's true, but I think it's a given here. I think staircases are fun, but they wouldn't be fun if they didn't fit the music.

I don't think so. I believe staircases can only be 428682 repeated, starting at any point in the pattern.
If you mean those four arrows repeated, then isn't that a roll? And if all it is is four arrows, then, well... I don't think that's a special pattern unless it's a burst.
