closing your eyes and messing up

anybody else try and close their eyes in the middle of a song because they burn? i keep doing it when i dont think a note is coming and it messes me up >:0

normally if you shut your eyes, you're going to miss.

if your eyes are burning, you're probably trying to keep them open without blinking.
just blink regularly.
you wont miss any if you're blinking at a normal pace.

Haha, whenever this happens to me, I try to find spots in the song I know I can get away with blinking at. Like, at the beginning of each measure, usually. I know I did this for my Torinouta rampage. I had that song freaking memorized.

In fact, brb playing on Stealth.

It depends on the song but normally when I blink it messes me up :/

Blink during a note, by the time it reaches the target arrows you should know what you have to hit, so just blink in time.

I simply blink my eyes normally, there shouldn't be anything wrong with it.

Usually, I can get away with closing my eyes as long as a pattern continues (stream stays stream, trills stay trills, no odd notes.) But, I usually end up closing my eyes right when the BPM changes or when a jump comes out of a stream.

Song memorization is best for burning eyes.

I just don't try to think about blinking, but then I do. Usually I end up just playing and not blinking for the whole song o_o but my eyes don't hurt during or after.

Just try to play the song and concentrate on the arrows.

1) Play FFR for about half an hour. Try to blink minimally.
2) Close eyes.
3) Play FFR in your sleep using inverted-color images.

If I blink, my eyes blur.

Basically, I'm screwed when I play FFR.
