I've been playing FFR for a while now, but there's one question that plagues me:
WHY IS MY PA BETTER ON MY LAPTOP THAN ON MY GOOD COMPUTER?
- My monitor is on Vista, and my laptop is Mac OS X
- The keys on my laptop are so small that I get a lot of boos
- The keys on my Vista are perfect size for my fingers
- I can barely AAA Excite Bike or Free Space on my Vista
- I can AAA up to Standard songs on my laptop
Why is this? I would just use my laptop if the keys weren't so small, but why is my PA so bad on my Vista? I've heard FFR runs slow on Vista, but this doesn't seem to be the case: FFR runs smoothly on it for me. I just get a crapload of Goods. I can't even FC Difficult songs on my laptop, but I can AAA well; and on my Vista, i can FC FMO songs, but not AAA hardly anything.
I was just wondering if there was any way to try to remedy this. My laptop is school-owned, so we can't download AutoHotKey, so I can't use other keys on the laptop. And, even when it seems like I'm perfectly hitting arrows at the right time, I just get a bunch of goods on my Vista. I'm thinking it's my keyboard, but I don't know. Any tips?
