    Green twilight ISSUE!

Ok, As you all already know Im the one that made GreenTwilight. No I did not steal the song. The only part that I admit using is the 11 note pattern from Soulshift, because I thought it went well with the song. I also suggest you dont gripe at Jello, because he only made the step files for it.

I didn't think useing that 18 note pattern would cause so much trouble.
I did not steal any pattern, synth, or that stuff from any songs I only took an 18 note pattern from soulshift, witch i chopped up. All those synths I made. Since this is causeing so much trouble. Im going to release the .flp from the song. It is located at http://www.cshadehosting.com/short.flp . You may need additional VST'S like Yuno, GTG 7 . Thanks, Im really sorry for anything that I have done.

i dont think you "stole" anything from the song, it has a totally differnet "vibe" to is, like a remix
i dont see why everyone is going ape, yeah i hear SS in it, and i think its sweet. So yeah!

Well im still kinda worried. Jellos said he's never going to step a song and let synth use it on ffr again. Witch is a big deal.. Btw all my songs are located at http://www.mp3unsigned.com/Showmp3.asp?mp3id=146&aid=77 . Thats to also prove I dont steal.

learn to read i said im never going to step a song and let synth use it on ffr again.

plus you used the begining from emotions...

who knows where you could have gotten something else from in your other songs. its not an issue with the song its the fact that synth could get in trouble if it were a progfessional artists cord you stole.

and it is stealing. thats like saying i take a chapter from one of stephen kings books, put it in mine and saying i made it

I didnt use anything from emotions. If you really think I did point it out exactly, and synth cant get in trouble, because I used an 18 note pattern. What about the time that one girl completly stole Toby Emersons-Raindrops. Did synth get in trouble no, and im not even stealing, and there I edited the post happy?

People can say the song is theirs if you release the fruityloops file

That can't possibly be considered stealing...that's crap if it is. Jello, man, all he did was take 18 notes! I mean some people make remixes of an entire song, or actually play it and sell it...havn't you ever heard a tribute album? If anything, I'd think Antinomie would be kind of flattered that he liked his song so much he put it in...Jewpin can relate, being a small time music maker.

Yes, RageVI, but that would be considered stealing. That songs all around the net. I have it on Mp3unsigned.com, so no matter.

Okay, the opening to Fur Elise (the most famous part), is only 9 notes. The opening for The Entertainer: 8 notes. Opening from ASb (one of the first songs I wrote): 20 notes. The melody from Club:Eurorpa remix (also mine) only 5 notes. The Bass Line from Dendrite: 8 notes. The guitar rift from Garbage's When I Grow Up: 7 notes.

Outkast only uses 5 guitar Chords in HeyYa. Earth Wind And Fire: 8 notes in Let's Groove Tonight. 13 notes in Marry Had a Little Lamb. 14 notes from Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

It is these rifts...or whatever that make these songs what they are. For SoulShift, it was the that 18 note piano part. Personally, I dont feel it is right that you used that rift in GreenTwilight and called it your own.

Sure it is only 5-10 seconds of your song. But it really does stand out. I mean, if someone took a pattern from one of my songs...I wouldnt be too happy. But really, it all depends on how SGX feels. It is his pattern.
