When I go to my profile chat it says that I need to "Register a screenname to chat" or some crap..

any body know what the hell it's talking about.

Comment on your own profile wall, delete it, log back in.

Hmm. That's odd. I had the exact same thing happen to me, this solution worked perfectly for me, and I've had to use it a few times.
