I cant seem to get a prefect on the megaman 2 vs Dr. willy!
I try to go with the music but the arrows don't go with it!
sometimes i get a perfect on some but just by guessing the rhythm.
how do people get a perfect on this one?

Turn the music off. The file is horribly off-sync, so there's a V2.
