What has happened to the song final fantasy 7 theme from arcade. It seems to have been removed.

It was put into the "Disabled" category, as well as Chrono Trigger. I don't think we'll be able to play them again.

ya i know, i think i remember vaguely someone talking about it. probably more based on permission.

If I remember the conversation right, They got the permission before Tass came into the picture, and they couldn't get a response to make sure they had permission, so they took the songs out.

Synth had the permissions from 4 years ago, and Tass told me once "Lar, it was a long time ago and Synthlight doesnt remember how he contacted him [Nobou Umatsu]". I guess when Tass tried he failed and he decided to take them out.
